Sir Pastor Omondi Felix is a Kenyan citizen based in Uganda. He is currently serving as the ambassador-at-large for East African nations and as the delegate for Kenya to the International Blue Cross.
Previously, Sir Felix was appointed Africa Peace Envoy with He Knows My Name International Ministries USA, an American Christian organization, to engage the Congo rebels in dialogue for peace. He successively meditated between the rebel groups and the National Congress for Peoples Defense (CNDP) led by the Renegade General Laurent Nkunda (see attached photo). He also worked in close collaboration with then-Kenyan ambassador Alex Keter and the Kenyan embassy in Rwanda to lobby for Kenya’s support for the peace mediation process in Congo (2007–2008).
He also raised the banner for peace in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Congo and created awareness for the crimes against humanity committed during the wars in Congo.
In August 2010, for his roles in mediating peace in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and in supporting relief and charity programs across East African countries and the DRC, he was knighted by Sir David Cleveanger, PhD, of the Manx Crown, USA, making him the youngest knight in East and Central Africa, because of See attachments.
On June, 28, 2011, His Majesty the King (Omukama) Lukirabasajia Agutamba Solomon Gavabusia Iguru I of Bunyoro-Kitala Kingdom appointed Sir Felix the kingdom’s representative to the Republic of Kenya. In the same year, he was also appointed ambassador-at-large for Eastern African nations and delegate for Kenya by the International Blue Cross.
In recognition of his service and dedication, he was named Governor and Representative of the Order of St. Jude to Africa on October 17, 2011.
Omondi Felix would like to support and partner with WWGC because in his words “I am convinced by the ‘mission principals’ and the common goals that we will share as human beings through World Women Global Council.”
